Civilian Studios offers an array of private studio space options to artists and small business owners. A fully equipped Wood Shop is available to current tenants for an additional monthly fee too. The building is closed to the general public but is accessible 24/7 to all our members.

Wood shop
The fully equipped Wood Shop is available to current tenants of Civilian Studios only. It is accessible 24/7. All users of the shop must sign a liability waiver and complete a 15 minute orientation with the Shop Manager before gaining access to the Wood Shop.
Shop Tools include Industrial level Saw Stop Table Saw 3hp, 8 inch Jointer, 15 inch Planer, 18 inch Band Saw, Compound Miter Chop Saw and various table top sanders.
