Civilian Studios offers an array of private studio space options to artists and small business owners. A fully equipped Wood Shop is available to current tenants for an additional monthly fee too. The building is closed to the general public but is accessible 24/7 to all our members.

Private Studios
Our building is predominantly dedicated to private studio spaces ranging in size, but averaging about 150-200 square feet and $300 - $350 per month. We have a select handful of larger sized spaces in the 200 - 400 square foot range. There is ample common space, break room and kitchen, plus a fenced in outdoor area. All utilities plus Wireless Internet are included in one’s monthly rent.
